Dairy is healthy food?
Think again…

"Dairy is bad for you." This is so opposite of what we have been hearing throughout our lives. Commonly, it is almost taken as a fact that dairy is good for our body (ex. 'milk does body good'). However, it is true that dairy does more harm then good to the body. This is not just because of rBGH and growth hormone in milk. It has to do with fundamental nature of the milk and egg.

However, it seems that there could be a lot of improvement for milk and egg once they are produced in total organic diet and environment, with good hygiene, and in free range form. Even so, when eating an egg, only egg yolk should be eaten, not egg whites. These points are explained in milk and egg section.
